We're committed to your satisfaction. If a course doesn't meet your expectations within the first 7 days, and you haven't progressed beyond 20%, we will issue a full refund. Our goal is to earn your trust, not just your payment.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Time window: Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Completion limit: You have completed less than 20% of the course content as recorded on the Edmingle platform.
- First-time request: You have not previously received a refund for the same course.
- Valid purchase: The course was purchased directly through the Daily Homework platform at the listed price.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You have completed 20% or more of the course content.
- The course was purchased as part of a special promotion, bundle, or discounted offer explicitly marked as non-refundable.
- A refund has previously been issued for the same course to the same account.
- The request is for a certificate fee, if charged separately (currently certificates are included in course price).
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (if applicable) — refunds for such purchases are governed by the respective platform's policy.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@dailyhomework.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]"
- Include in your email:
- Your registered email address (used at the time of purchase)
- The name of the course you wish to refund
- Your order/transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Our support team will review your request within 2 working days and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Process & Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified, here is the typical timeline:
Request Received
You submit your refund request via email or WhatsApp with the required details.
Eligibility Review
Our team verifies your request against the 7-day window and 20% completion limit on the Edmingle platform. We respond within 2 working days.
Refund Initiated
If eligible, we initiate the refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). You receive a confirmation email.
Refund Credited
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI refunds may be faster.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails during checkout but your bank account or card has been debited, this is a technical delay on the payment gateway's side — not a course purchase. In such cases:
- The deducted amount will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.
- You will not receive course access for a failed transaction — if you have received access, it indicates the payment actually succeeded.
- If the amount is not reversed within 7 working days, please contact us with your transaction ID and bank statement, and we will investigate with the payment gateway.
Pricing Transparency
Daily Homework is committed to completely transparent, honest pricing. Unlike most platforms, we do not add GST or gateway charges at checkout.
- All course prices displayed are fully inclusive of 18% GST.
- All payment gateway processing fees (2.9% + 18% GST and 2% + 18% GST) are absorbed by Telesy Technologies LLP.
- The price you see on the course page is exactly what you pay — no additions, no hidden charges.
- If you receive a refund, you get back the full amount you paid — we do not deduct any processing fees from refunds.
Special Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances happen. While our standard policy is firm on the 7-day / 20% rule, we may consider exceptions in the following situations at our sole discretion:
- Technical issues: If a documented platform or Edmingle technical fault prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Medical emergencies: With appropriate documentation, we may extend the refund window in genuine medical emergencies.
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate immediately.
